iWelding, a sustainable development project for the industry signed SIRFULL

The objective of SIRFULL is through the project iWelding is to bring its expertise concerning the success of the governmental program “Industry of the Future”, and this, in two precise themes:

• Assuring a maximum security of the industrial sites in order to avoid incidents.
• Equipping the manufacturers with innovative solutions in order to be in a sustainable development measure.

Financial tools are activated for the “development of structuring services for the sector” of industrial equipment

Serious incidents that could have been prevented with SIRFULL solutions

In France, like the rest of the work, industrial incidents more or less important happen all the time.

Those dramatic incidents result in consequent financial losses (termination of an exploitation, delays, etc.) and in the worst cases, the loss of human lives.

Those incidents are linked most of the time to a bad data management, to manufacturing mistakes and/or exploitation which could be easily avoided, in the condition of having adapted tools.

SIRFULL had set itself the task of reducing the number of impacts of these incidents by:

• Augmenting the lifetime and conformity of the equipment
• Developing the competences of the companies and collaborators

The project iWelding is a major project which has as a goal to assemble maximum stakeholders to make the digital in the service of the companies’ competitivity.
